Lahore: JDW Sugar Mills Limited held its 36th Annual General Meeting on Saturday, January 24, 2026. The meeting was presided by Group Director Finance Muhammad Rafique. Meeting was also attended by Company Secretary Masood A. Malhi, senior management, and shareholders.
During the meeting, members approved the annual financial statements for the financial year ended September 30, 2025, declared a final cash dividend of Rs. 45 per share, and appointed auditors for the financial year ending September 30, 2026.
In addition to statutory business, the management briefed participants on the Company’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, with particular focus on the TICER project valued at over Rs. 2 billion, which is expected to become operational in the coming Months.TICER is South Punjab’s first state of the art institute focused on modern IT education that would enable South Punjab’s youth to compete on international level and it will be instrumental in creating more job opportunities for the youth.
